We all feel down from time to time. How do you combat the blues? What’s one tip you can share with others that always helps to lift your spirits?
When I’m feeling blue, this is what I like to do
I dance like no one is watching
for nothing can surely rid me of the blues
when I know I’m looking pretty silly
with my not-too-cool-slick moves.
When I’m feeling blue, I get my knitting needles
and make myself a hat,
or maybe a tea cozy
to match my quaint tea pot,
keep the tea nice and warm –
for there’s nothing like a cuppa
to bring out the sun.
