Have you ever eavesdropped on a conversation you weren’t supposed to? Tell us about a time when it was impossible not to overhear a conversation between people who didn’t know you were there. What was the conversation about? How did it make you feel?
Photographers, artists, poets: show us ACCIDENT.
I did not know who you were then, soon
to be famous for your good looks
and who you were with. “They don’t
know who I really am,”
you said as they all
stared, not a care
that you had
more to
share.

*A nonet is a nine line poem. The first line containing nine syllables, the next line has eight syllables, the next line has seven syllables. That continues until the last line (the ninth line) which has one syllable. Nonets can be written about any subject. Rhyming is optional.

Cool use of fixed form. I might have a go using the structure myself at some point.
