The ability to speak and UNDERSTAND any language would be a formidable super power because communication is key for all successful relationships.
So true. That’s one advice I remember from my dad. He always reminded us to listen, to stop talking and actually listen to what others have to say. And maybe, just maybe, we’d understand where they were coming from. Unfortunately it’s a skill that’s often forgotten.

Thank you! I would be too scared to time travel, too, knowing just how trouble manages to find me everywhere I go. But if I were to be invincible, then maybe it’s a possibility, but for now, I’d rather have the ability to understand what people are saying, to listen to what they need to say and be heard.
And yes, Lucas North, the muse, is back. He wasn’t happy to be pushed aside one bit 🙂

Hello, I’m randomly flicking through your blog, enjoying everything I read. I’m glad you’re still here. I was worried you might be leaving not just fandom but the blogosphere too and I’ve only just started following you!
It looks like you’re still a fan of RA. I have mixed feelings about this. I’m happy fandom didn’t ruin RA for you. On the other hand, I had been going to ask if I could have your Thorin doll.

Thank you for visiting my blog. I’ve been blogging before RA so leaving the fandom is no reason for me to quit doing this at all.
This is my writing blog though – my other one, which had been the place for my RA ramblings is at http://lovesexandotherdirtywords.com but I’ve trimmed RA from that to the barest minimum though, so it’s a just boring old blog where I dump my non-essential thoughts.
